If you are unwilling to accept any term of this agreement, you should immediately stop using all products and services provided by Zhongxinan .

1.4 Zhongxinan has many products and services, and there will be separate rules and agreement content for specific services and activities on our platform, which are part of the scope of this agreement. If you continue to use our products and services service, means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the updated agreement and are willing to be bound by the updated agreement. If you are unwilling to accept any term of this agreement, you should immediately stop using all products and services provided by Zhongxinan .

2、User Account

2.1 The user in this agreement refers to the legal account successfully registered through the mobile phone number, that is, the user of Zhongxinan. Our account registration verification method is limited to the mobile phone number registration method, so each user's account corresponds to a mobile phone number subject.

2.2 In order to ensure that users can fully use the products and services of Zhongxinan , please provide us with complete, true, accurate and up-to-date personal information when registering an account. And be responsible for the above information is the real information of the user himself, maintain and update your personal information in a timely manner. We are not responsible for account disputes or other related issues caused by untrue or untimely updates of registration information or fraudulent use of other people's information. At the same time, we have the right to choose to temporarily suspend or permanently seal this account according to the actual situation.

2.3 The registration information such as the account name, avatar and profile submitted by the user must not contain any illegal or harmful information. We have the right to review the above information and the real identity of the user. If the above situation exists, we have the right not to register. For those who have already registered, if it is found that the user has used false information to defraud the account registration, or there is illegal or bad information in the registration information such as the account avatar, profile, etc., we have the right to unilaterally take corrections within a time limit, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, and cancellation without notice. 2.4 The registered user of Zhongxinan shall be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct. If you do not have the above-mentioned legal subject, please stop using all products and services provided by Zhongxinan immediately , otherwise you will be solely responsible for all consequences caused by you.

2.5 If the user who registers an account is a minor under the age of 18 or a person with incomplete capacity for civil conduct, please read this agreement accompanied by a legal guardian. If you exercise and perform this agreement and use any products and services of Zhongxinan , deemed to have obtained the approval of the legal guardian. 2.6 The ownership of your registered account and related rights and interests belong to Zhongxinan, you only enjoy the right to use the account after completing the registration, the user is responsible for all acts performed under the account with the right to use, the user should keep their account and password properly. Your account is for your own use only, without our written consent, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise allow others to use the account in any form. Otherwise, we have the right to temporarily or terminate the services provided to the registered account, and the right to cancel the account without legal liability to the user who registered the account.

2.7 The user shall not by any means maliciously register Crowdspring account or use Crowdspring account for illegal activities, disruption, harassment, deception, other users and other violations of this Agreement, we have the right to permanently block, deregister, retrieve and other measures for the account of the above actions, resulting in losses, the user shall bear. At the same time, we have the right to transfer the above-mentioned acts to the judicial department for processing. Where the following information appears in the user's nickname (including but not limited to), we have the right to block, lock, or even cancel.

（1）Violation of national laws and regulations as well as good morals ;

（2）The real names, characters, numbers, stage names, etc. of leaders of the party and the state, influential celebrities in ancient and modern China and abroad, and celebrities;

（3）Names and logos of state agencies, enterprises and institutions, well-known companies or brands;

（4）Contain uncivilized and unhealthy words such as discrimination, insult, obscenity, and abuse;

（5）It is easy to cause ambiguity, cause misunderstanding by others, and contain advertising information;

（6）Other information that is prohibited by law or regulation and the rules of Crowdspring.

2.8 The user agrees to authorize us to use the user's information resources for the following reasons

（1）Perform software verification and upgrade services;

（2）Improve user safety or provide customer support;

（3）When providing specific services in response to the special requirements of users , it is necessary to provide information to us or a third party or other users associated with it;

（4）Use various non-personal privacy data for commercial purposes, including but not limited to providing value-added services, advertising, positioning advertising, marketing, joint registration, promotions or other activities to third parties;

（5）At the request of judicial or government agencies;

（6）To improve user experience;

（7）Other situations that are beneficial to the interests of users and Zhongxinan and do not violate any mandatory laws and regulations.

2.9 In order to ensure that more users can obtain fair and high-quality services, we have the right to recycle and cancel accounts that have not been used for twelve consecutive months to avoid waste of resources. If you decide to cancel your personal account after careful consideration, you can email the reason you want to cancel to zhong-chulei@cnzxa.cn. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible for the next step. Once the Zhongxinan account is canceled, all the information and data of the personal account will not be recovered, and we will not be responsible for the account that you personally applied for cancellation.

3、Product Service

3.1 The products provided by Zhongxinan to users include but are not limited to AI mattresses, massage, fitness, etc. Users can choose the free service or paid service they need through the Zhongxinan platform. For paid services, we will give clear introductions and reminders before users purchase and use them. Only after users confirm and make relevant payment can they use paid products or services. Once the products and services of Zhongxinan are purchased, they will be activated by the user. If you cancel the service halfway, you will not be able to refund the fees that have taken effect.

3.2 We provide users with the products and services of the Zhongxinan platform. In addition, the relevant equipment (such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.) and costs (such as Internet access fees, mobile phone mobile network fees, etc.) required by users to access the Internet belong to the users themselves . bear the act.

3.3 The products and services of Zhongxinan are limited to the use of users on our platform. Any act of separating Zhongxinan products and services from the platform by malicious means such as cracking does not belong to the products and services of Zhongxinan agreed in this agreement. . All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the actor, and we will investigate the legal responsibility of the actor according to law.

3.4 For the user's experience , Zhongxinan will iterate and modify the version from time to time. After the new version is launched, the old version may not be available. Please update the version in time.

3.5 Services related to mattress models in the Zhongxinan platform are public welfare services. Therefore, we will adjust the service items at any time according to our own business conditions, even including closing the service. Any rule changes will be announced on the Zhongxinan platform, and we will not be responsible to any user.

3.6 Zhongxinan will try its best to provide unimpeded online services, but the network access service of the platform may be affected by various factors, and the link may be blocked, restricted or terminated. We will not compensate you for any loss or inconvenience caused by this. bear any responsibility.

3.7 Zhongxinan reserves the right to associate or display advertisements and advertisement links through relevant pages, and its method and scope may be changed without notice to users. Users may not modify, remove or obscure these advertisements in any way. All rights not expressly granted to users in this agreement are reserved by Zhongxinan.

4.3 Users shall not modify, adapt, translate the software, technology, materials, etc. used by Zhongxinan Services, or create related derivative works, and shall not obtain the source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or other similar acts, otherwise All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user, and Zhongxinan will investigate the legal responsibility of the breaching user according to law.

5、Privacy Policy

5.1 Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person either alone or in combination with other information. Protecting users' personal information is the basic principle of Zhongxinan . We will collect, use, store and share your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. 5.2 You may need to fill in some necessary information during the process of registering an account or using the products and services of Zhongxinan . If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in your real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you may not be able to use the products and services of Zhongxinan , or be restricted during use.

5.3 You can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for security reasons, you may not be able to modify some of the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration. We reserve the right to review your modification of personal information.

Users shall take full responsibility for the videos, avatars, nicknames and other materials uploaded by themselves, and users must promise that any content published on the Zhongxinan platform complies with the laws, regulations, rules of the People's Republic of China and Zhongxinan's management norms. Zhongxinan has the right to delete any content posted by users that does not comply with management regulations, and does not assume any responsibility.

6.2 All adverse consequences caused by the above-mentioned violations of laws and regulations by the user to any third party’s legitimate rights and interests, including but not limited to property damage compensation, reputation damage compensation, attorney fees, transportation expenses, etc. arising from rights protection All reasonable expenses shall be borne by users who violate laws and regulations, and Zhongxinan reserves the right of legal recourse against users at the same time.

6.3 The sharing function provided by Zhongxinan is picture sharing or link sharing, which is only used for user personal sharing, event sharing, and invitation sharing, and does not have the function of inputting other content for sharing.

6.4 In the absence of special proof, the user uploads, publishes or transmits content using the platform services of Zhongxinan, which is deemed to be the copyright owner or legal authorized person of the content uploaded, published or transmitted on the platform of Zhongxinan . 7、Disclaimer

Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that have a major impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as floods, typhoons, earthquakes, etc.), social events (such as wars, riots, government actions) etc. When the above situation occurs, we will try our best to repair the products and services, but we will not be liable for the losses caused to you to the extent permitted by law.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, Zhongxinan shall not be liable for service terminals or obstructions caused by the following situations: (1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks; (2) User or Zhongxinan 's Failure of computer software, systems, hardware and communication lines; (3) Improper operation by users; (4) Users use the service in a way not authorized by Zhongxinan; (5) Other circumstances beyond the control of Zhongxinan or reasonably foreseeable.

7.5 Zhongxinan does not guarantee that any products, services or other materials provided must meet the expectations of users.

7.6 The user understands and agrees that for the needs of the overall operation, or at its own discretion to make business changes, adjustments and technical changes, etc., Zhongxinan has the right to modify or interrupt, suspend or terminate the products and services at any time without notifying the user, and without informing the user or The third party is responsible or liable for any compensation, unless otherwise stipulated by law or otherwise agreed by the parties. 8、Liability for breach of Contract

8.1 If the user violates the provisions of this agreement or other terms of service, causing third-party complaints or litigation claims, the user shall bear all legal responsibilities. If the user's illegal or breach of contract causes Zhongxinan and its affiliated companies and controlling companies to compensate any third party or be punished by state agencies , the user shall fully compensate Zhongxinan and its affiliated companies and controlling companies for all losses suffered thereby.

8.2 Zhongxinan respects and protects the legal rights and interests of users and others such as intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, and privacy rights. You guarantee that the text, pictures, video, audio, links, etc. uploaded when using the Zhongxinan software and related services do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other rights and legal rights . Otherwise, Zhongxinan has the right to remove the suspected infringing content after receiving the notice from the right party or related parties. 9、Others

The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 If you have any disputes or disputes with Zhongxinan , you should first resolve them through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the disputes or disputes to the relevant local legal department in Shaoxing for resolution.

9.3 If any clause in this agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect the binding force of the remaining clauses in this agreement on both parties.
